Before placing an order

Due to the fact that we do not accept returns, it is strongly encouraged that you contact the sales department prior to ordering if you are not familiar with our products or have questions. All orders are subject to the $200 minimum.

When placing an order

Please verify that your name, shipping address, and items ordered are correct and accurate. It is the ordering party’s responsibility to ensure that this information, especially the items being ordered, are what is desired. While we make every attempt to apply adjustments to a pending order, it is best to check the submission thoroughly prior to completing as changes may not always be received before shipping. When you receive your order confirmation and shipping confirmation, it is best to check these documents for accuracy as well.

Shipping Options

UPS can not deliver to PO Boxes. When selecting your shipping method, please make sure you are providing a physical address if you select UPS. Wholesale orders shipping to Canada and Mexico are eligible for NAFTA paperwork, which must be requested should you require it.

Wholesale Accounts

Wholesale accounts must provide documentation to be granted access to this pricing tier. These documents include: aesthetician license (or equivalent), resale certificate, salon/spa business license, or any other certification we deem acceptable.

When will my order arrive?

Orders will be shipped in the order they are received and as quickly as possible. Sales events and holidays may cause longer processing times therefore, should you need your order within a certain time frame, PLEASE contact the sales department to discuss the options.
